Emerson Motion is now Control Techniques
Emerson Motion Control, of Eden Prairie, MN, has changed its name to Control Techniques, completing a process that began three years ago.
Emerson, a pioneer in servo drive development, began combining its operations with those of UK-based Control Techniques in 1998. Management and manufacturing came together under one roof a year later in Minnesota.
